Arts Teacher

The SEDA Arts program commenced in 2012 and offers a professional qualification for young people wishing to pursue a career in Arts and other like industries. The program partners with various Arts organisations to deliver a quality applied learning education model.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced teacher who is passionate about Arts and wanting to be part of the growth of the Arts Program at SEDA.
This role involves leading a group of senior secondary students through Certificate III, IV and Diploma in Live Production, Theatre and Events, liaising with key stakeholders to provide an engaging and applied learning experience. The Teacher will assist in the development and growth of this exciting program and have a unique opportunity to contribute to a pioneering educational model that is ground breaking in its delivery.

Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator

TEPA now have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator who is passionate about compliance and wants to be part of a growing RTO.
The role has primary responsibility for all aspects of RTO quality and compliance and will oversee the development of a framework that adheres to VRQA, AQTF, ASQA and HESG regulatory requirements. The Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator is responsible for implementing a range of systems and processes to minimize TEPA’s compliance risk and will also ensure our approach to continuous improvement is both client focused and produces consistent, high quality outcomes for our stakeholders. TEPA works in partnership with Sports Education and Development Australia (SEDA) in the development and delivery of vocational training and as such a key aspect of the role will be to liaise with SEDA staff on the implementation of quality improvement and compliance systems.
