The Sports Development Program offers a professional qualification for young people wishing to pursue a career in Sport and Recreation and other like industries. The program links closely with state schools in the delivery of a VET/VCAL/VCE curriculum for students in Years 11 and 12.
Students graduate with Sport and Recreation Certification at levels III and IV and progress onto a Diploma of Sport (Development). The Sports Development Program’s curriculum is broadly based to provide pathways into careers in Sport and Recreation, other like industries, or to articulate into higher education in areas such as human movement, marketing, teaching, sports coaching, administration and business.
Programs are offered in conjunction with the following state sporting associations; Cricket Victoria, AFL Victoria, Netball Victoria, Tennis Victoria, Basketball Victoria, Swimming Victoria, Life Saving Victoria, Yachting Victoria, Surfing Victoria Football, Federation Victoria, , Melbourne Heart F.C. and Melbourne Victory F.C.

The SEDA Arts Development Program was launched off the success of the SEDA Sports Development Program and provides an engaging and industry driven learning experience. Partnering with Arena Theatre company, SEDA has developed a course that allows students to work with industry professionals and create pathways for employment and further education in the Arts.
The Arts Development Program offers a professional qualification for young people wishing to pursue a career in Arts and other like industries. The program links closely with government schools in the delivery of a VET/VCAL/VCE curriculum for students in Years 11 and 12.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), TEPA will contract with employers to deliver training in the workplace. Under a foreshadowed contract with Sports Education and Development Australia Pty Ltd (SEDA), TEPA will conduct programs in the following;
The School based Apprenticeship and Traineeship (SBAT) model utilised by SEDA links training, schools and industry and will see TEPA delivering training in workplaces that provide quality resources and experiential learning on the job.
