TEPA is positioned as a contributor to excellence in an industry that enhances social, economic and cultural dimensions of the Australian community.

TEPA intends to be the principal Victorian provider of initial work-place-based training and skills assessment for persons wishing to enter employment in the Sport and Recreation sector through certified training, school-based apprenticeships or further study in higher education.

Building on its base in Victoria, TEPA intends long-term to expand its program delivery to other states as an active participant in the gradual improvement of the nation’s workforce capability in Sport and Recreation.

Over time, TEPA has ambitions to diversify its scope of training and skills assessment operations as opportunities are identified in sectors of industry linked to Sport and Recreation.
