DIPLOMA
SEDA’s Diploma programs apply the SEDA Model in a vocational setting, combining nationally recognised qualifications with practical, industry-connected learning. Students learn through real projects, workplace experiences, game-day operations, community initiatives and direct engagement with leading clubs, organisations and industry bodies.
At the centre of the model is the teacher-mentor relationship, supported by industry professionals who help students build practical skills, confidence, professional behaviours and a clear understanding of their future pathway. Learning is hands-on and applied, with students connecting their interests to meaningful vocational outcomes through structured workplace learning, community contribution and personalised pathway planning.
SEDA Diploma programs provide a strong entry point into employment and/or a pathway to higher education — all without the need for an ATAR score. They are designed to keep students connected to the industries and communities they are passionate about while opening clear pathways into university, further training and meaningful employment.
