The SEDA Model underpins all of our Senior Secondary and Diploma programs. It brings together an individual learning approach, one teacher mentor, and an applied and integrated themed curriculum that is delivered in real workplaces and community settings alongside our industry partners.

Through MyPLAN, students work towards personalised goals, building the skills and personal attributes they need to thrive. Supported by a consistent teacher mentor and a supportive learning environment, they complete authentic projects aligned to partner programs and events, developing wellbeing, professional behaviours, and clear pathways into further study, training and employment.
