THE SEDA MODEL
At the centre of the SEDA Model is an individual learning approach that connects each student’s interests, strengths and goals to their learning experience. This is delivered through strong teacher-student relationships, where the teacher acts as mentor, guide and champion for each student’s journey. Learning is intentionally applied, taking place both inside and outside the classroom through industry-connected curriculum, structured workplace learning, community contribution and real-world projects. The model is strengthened by genuine industry partnerships that shape learning experiences and expose students to authentic workplace environments. Through MyPLAN, each student develops a personalised career and pathway plan, building transferable skills, confidence and clarity about their future beyond school.
